The Town Clerk's Office provides many different services to the Town of Dartmouth.  Below is the current schedule of fees on the available services in the Town Clerk's Office.  You can request these services over the phone or in person.

When purchasing from the Town Clerk's Office, you can pay by cash, check or credit card.  If there are any questions, you may contact the Town Clerk's Office directly at (508) 910-1800.

Board of Appeals Decisions: $3.00 each

Business Certificate: $40.00

Cemetery Books (for privately owned cemeteries in town): $25.00

Certified Copies (Birth, Death, Marriage): $10.00 each

Data on Compact Disc: $10.00, add $5.00 for additional items requested to be on the disc

Dog License (Spayed/Neutered): $12.00

Dog License (Non-Spayed/Non Neutered): $20.00

Dog License Late Fee (Applies after May 1st): $5.00 per month

Dog Kennel (for four (4) dogs): $50.00, a $100 Kennel fee may apply

Fishing / Trapping License: $27.00, plus a $1.50 surcharge

Hunting / Sporting License: $27.00, plus a $1.50 surcharge

Label Sheets: $1.50 per sheet

Marriage License Intent: $40.00

Paper Copies: $20.00

Planning Board Regulations Book: $15.00

Raffle Permits: $10.00

Street Listing Book: $20.00

Zoning By-Laws: $20.00

Zoning By-Law Map: $5.00
