The Dartmouth Home Rule Charter (also known as the Town Charter) is the document which outlines the general set-up of local government in the Town of Dartmouth.  The current form of government, Select Board with Representative Town Meeting is defined in this document as well.  The current Town Charter was adopted February 15, 2000 and was updated on October 16, 2007.
